I am a business research analyst, currently based in Mumbai, India. I have over 9 years of industry experience in Marketing and Business Development, with initial experience in the technology sector in the areas of business development, marketing communications, audience marketing and channel sales, and experience in the outsourcing services sector in the areas of business research and analysis and direct marketing.
I have also managed effective utilization of an umbrella brand across diverse activities in one of my previous jobs.
Currently, I provide freelance consulting in the areas of business research and analysis, strategic planning, marketing and communications. I track, report and analyze metrics to identify trends and emerging opportunities. I support business-decision making by studying business risks, issues and strengths. I do customized research and competitive analyses based on secondary sources (publicly available market data). I develop business plans to provide input and recommendations for marketing/business strategy decisions. I write business research reports, presentations, articles and business proposals for small and medium businesses. I also offer technical writing and copywriting services.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Commmunications from Bangalore University.
